A spring blizzard
started the day on a drive from Calgary to Lethbridge. If you don’t like the weather in Southern Alberta… wait 20 minutes.

Lethbridge, Alberta
is where I spent my “formative years” and I hadn’t been back since 1989… almost 30 years. After visiting some of the homes my family lived in, it was great to see some of the places of my youth where I went to school, played football, tobogganed in the sugar bowl and coulees, delivered newspapers, slacked off with 8-ball, foosball and video games, etc. Family legend has it that my piano (which my sister lovingly cares for to this day) came from the Paramount Theatre in downtown Lethbridge where it was used to accompany silent films.
A great place to grow up.
