I am an accomplished Senior Enterprise Business Systems Analyst, Enterprise Business Architect, Management Consultant, Prosci Certified Organizational Change Management Practitioner and Project Manager with more than 20 years providing professional and consulting services to the government, military, commercial, security and health care sectors. I am a proven team/relationship builder promoting transparency in highly complex ICT environments.

I have extensive experience facilitating business workflow automation and process modeling workshops, defining project/programme requirements, outlining current and future state business workflow requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, and conducting business transformation activities throughout full project lifecycles.

My last two years consult has been supporting the CAF/DND CIO Group Executive via ACIO's Special Digital Operations (SDO) Demand Visibility (Intake Consolidation) team by contributing to cross division/directorate/section support and activities to identify and track business demand; both external and internal to CIO Gp.

I have worked with structured and agile Project Management Offices (PMOs) and able to adapt to any project environment. I am a highly effective communicator which enables me to positively collaborate with stakeholders, technical team members, programme management, multiple business units, customers, and contractors. I hold a valid Top Secret (Level III) security clearance and am Prosci certified.

I am currently taking ServiceNow certified training in the following areas: SN Implementer, SN Business Process Analyst and SN Technical Project Manager to augment my expertise in “case management” supporting ITSM, CRM, and Health business workflows leveraging multiple enterprise systems.
