After feeding the sheep in Mill Bay

we started our journey to Tofino on the west coast of Vancouver Island. My good buddy and I caught up some old stories and shared a pint or two, Vancouver Island is a special place to be.

If you ever want to drive a twisty road I highly recommend the cruise from Port Alberni to Tofino, it’s an excellent drive. known as Kleecoot (meaning “wide open”) by local indigenous people

Kleecoot Lake

was named by the local indigenous people. Kleecoot means “wide open” but is now known as Sproat Lake.
